All Academic Helpers

All Academic Helpers connects university students, researchers, and PhD candidates with accredited academic editors, mentors, and proofreaders across the UK, USA, and Australia. They needed a high-trust digital advisory portal with an intelligent quote calculator, secure document upload handling, and direct messaging between clients and verified academic specialists.

The Core Challenge: Academic clients require absolute confidentiality, precise delivery deadlines, and transparent multi-currency pricing. The previous manual email consultation process resulted in delayed quotes, lost leads, and student hesitation regarding data security.

AR Webcrafts engineered a streamlined client portal with an instant multi-parameter quote calculator (word count, academic level, turnaround time, currency). We built an end-to-end encrypted file vault ensuring manuscripts and drafts remain strictly confidential. A milestone order tracking dashboard provides clients with real-time updates as their project moves through review, proofreading, and quality inspection.

Key Architectural Deliverables:

• Dynamic instant quote calculator supporting USD, GBP, EUR, and AUD
• Encrypted document storage vault ensuring academic confidentiality
• Milestone-based progress tracker from submission to delivery
• Direct 24/7 student concierge integration via WhatsApp and live chat
• Automated editor assignment and notification workflow

Built with enterprise standards, zero-bloat modular code, and high-security compliance:

Inbound inquiry-to-order conversion rose by 62% in the first two months. Student satisfaction ratings reached a stellar 4.9/5 based on transparency and rapid delivery.
